Fabric & Material Specifications

• Primary Jersey Fabric: The body and sleeves are constructed from a Pro-Weight 220-240 GSM (Grams per Square Meter) Polyester Mesh. This heavyweight, durable “Air-Knit” fabric is designed to withstand the pulls and abrasion of a high-contact game while providing excellent airflow.
• Ventilation Panels: To manage heat and moisture, the jersey features strategically placed 180 GSM Bird’s-Eye Mesh panels in the underarm and side-body areas. This lighter-weight material actively wicks sweat away from the skin, keeping players cool and dry.
• Shorts (Breezer Covers): The covers are made from a rugged, 4-Way Stretch Polyester or a Durable Nylon Blend. This abrasion-resistant material is designed to fit securely over protective pants (breezers) without restricting a player’s skating stride or movement.
• Reinforced Construction: All seams on the jersey and shorts are double-stitched with high-strength thread. The jersey also features a reinforced collar to prevent stretching and a fight strap (optional) sewn into the lower back.
• Glove Materials: The gloves feature a durable synthetic leather (PU) palm for an excellent stick feel, combined with a tough nylon mesh exterior and high-density foam padding for protection.

• Decoration Method 2: Tackle Twill & Embroidery For a premium, classic NHL-style look, we offer stitched tackle twill. We also offer high-quality embroidery for smaller crests and shoulder patches.
