Once the sample or design is approved and production begins, changes or cancellations cannot be made.

Production timelines depend on your order quantity, fabric type, and order confirmation date.
We will always keep you updated throughout the process to ensure smooth communication.

4. Payments

To start production, we require an advance payment (usually 40–50%), with the remaining balance due before shipment.
We accept secure international payment methods such as bank transfers or online gateways.
All prices are quoted in the agreed currency and may vary slightly depending on raw material and logistics costs.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide via trusted freight forwarders and courier services.
Depending on your preference, your order can be shipped by air or sea freight.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or other international factors.

Once shipped, we’ll provide you with a tracking link so you can monitor your order until it arrives safely.

6. Returns & Replacements

Since every order is custom-made, we do not accept general returns.
However, if there’s a manufacturing defect or an issue with sizing, printing, or material, we’ll gladly review and replace the affected items.
